Mindfulness and flow

At first mindfulness and flow seem to be very similar: Both are aware mental states in which people are fully engaged in the present. flow involves losing the inner observer within an altered state of consciousness in which the moment seamlessly flows into a continuous stream of activity.

Its an Ancient forgotten art of breathing, now backed by in-depth Scientific studies has proved enhanced brain function, curing anxiety, fatigue, sleep problems, respiratory conditions, controlling weight gain issues.

AND returning you into the optimal performance state of mind…the flow state.

Which can be taught very quickly and only needs to be practised 5 mins a day to reap the rewards..


The flow state is a moving meditation. Awareness and movement merge when the person becomes totally absorbed in what they are doing like dancing or sporting activities. We can all practice the skills necessary to be able to use our abilities to meet day to day challenges, while focusing attention on the task at hand.


Flow can be described as a mental state in which people experience complete immersion and involvement in an activity. Things seem to happen almost effortlessly. this state of mind as being "in the zone." With undivided attention for at least 10–15 minutes you can get into flow state.


The definition of a flow is an act of moving or running smoothly, the movement of water or the continuous moving of anything. A simple example of a flow is the movement of a stream.


Welcome in an organic flow of life, It's as easy as just letting everything happen (the good, and the bad,) with acceptance and awareness while getting on with life.

During this time, focus 100% on one task. Close everything else down yes that includes you're phone!!! .

When we go with the flow, it guides us, it channels a clear path for us. We move with it. Make a partnership with it, and embrace the flow of life!! It worked for me starting with mindfulness moving into the flow state.
